There are two types of bale opener machines, Horizontal type and Vertical type of PET bottle bale opener. We are producing The bale opener machine  capacity from 500 kg/h to 3000 kg/h regarding the dimension and materials conditions of PET bottle bales. The bottle baler opener shaft made by mild steel and the paddles are also made from mild steel, it is foldable and easy to daily maintenance.

We are producing bale opener machine with two shafts. The speed of the feeding conveyor belt is controlled by the VFD(Variable Frequency Drive). it is better to avoid material clogging.Bale opener is simple to operate, running with low power consumption and less manpower.

Bale braeker is applied to PET bottle recycling industry to break up PET bottle bales. Cutting the wires of the PET bottle bale manually in the first step, then PET bottle bales will be transported to bale breaker shafts via belt conveyor or chain conveyor. PET bottle bales become loose bottles under the function of powerful rolling paddles.
BoReTech develops two types (Horizontal & Vertical De-baler )of bale breakers on the basis of PET bottle baler dimension and materials conditions which capacity reachs up to 10000 kg/h.  Baler breaker shaft adopts carbon steel and paddles adopts alloy steel which is dismountable and friendly to daily maintenance.
